Access, authentication and traceability when handling sensitive reports
Access to sensitive cases
Tilkynna lets you assign case managers and invite external reviewers with adjustable access permissions. Your workplace should decide who needs access and review it when responsibilities change.
Authentication and sign-in
Case-management users are required to use two-factor authentication when signing in. Electronic ID authentication is also available on the relevant subscription plans. Portal settings determine whether a reporter must identify themselves or can report anonymously.
Communication within the system
The communication portal keeps messages and documents connected to a report. The reporter uses an identification number and password to continue the conversation. The invitation system allows advisers to contribute without copying case documents into email.
Activity logs and follow-up
Recorded actions appear in an immutable activity log, showing who performed an action and when. A reason must be provided when access to the reporter’s personal information is requested, and that reason is recorded.
Handling personal information
The system offers the ability to remove personal information after a case is closed. Your workplace should determine data retention and access based on its procedures and the requirements applicable to its operations.
